Shopping AT WEAREKIDDYS.COM IS very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Choose the section (fashion ,toys)
- View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition, reference code and price.
- Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
- If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest. Select a payment method: cash on delivery, money transfer, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard , or Gift Card
- Confirm your order.
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: cash on delivery Visa, Visa electron, money transfer, MasterCard or Gift Card.
In case of choosing the payment method with a credit or debit card you will have to check that your card is still valid and you have not exceeded your credit limit.
When you wish to make the payment, you will get connected to a safe page where you will be asked for personal data, the data is transmitted encrypted through a virtual pos machine .When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card .Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Wearekiddys does not have access to your card personal information, just only the order information.(price, product ,etc).Thus also the confidentiality of the purchase is protected because the payment details (description and content) is performed they are not required by the virtual POS, only the final amount.
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you even if it is not the same as billing address
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Deadlines for shipments in Spain are 3 and 4 working days ( for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be 5 to 6 working days).
For the following countries:
Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Scotland, Wales, Holland, England, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Northern Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania and Romania it will take 5 to 6 working days.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIBERY SERVICE?
For shipping to Spain (peninsula) the shipping is free. For shipping to Ceuta, Melilla, and canary islands the amount is 7 Euros. For international shipments will be the following amounts:

Can I track my order?
Yes, in the “my orders” section in “my account you will have a link to the courier´s web page. You can see the status of your order with the tracking number that your will receive by message when you make the purchase.
WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCCESS?
We will send you a message confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), with the tracking number, finally the courier will send you a second notification in your mailbox post and you will received two messages after the fifth day as a reminder, taking 15 days to collect your parcel to nearest Post Office.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes you can
You have to request a return and subsequently you have to make a new online purchase.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
For returns the customer will take charge and responsible for the shipment of the garment, once received and checked its status, will proceed to return the amount of said garment.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. If your payment method is cash on delivery we will send a money transfer
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
